The theatre is open throughout the year apart from a brief maintenance period during the summer and can be hired subject to availability for whole weeks, individual evenings and location filming.
Week long Hire
Our own productions utilise the theatre for around forty one weeks per year, therefore we have relatively little free space in our schedule for week-long hires of the building. We plan our programme around ten months ahead and generally, there will be more availability during the summer than in the autumn/spring.
One-off Evening Hire
We do occasionally have one-off evenings available to hire for both touring companies and community groups. These are usually Sundays, during the run of one of our productions. This means that on occasions your hire would have to fit on top of the set that exists on stage.
For both week long and one off hire the hire fee will include a fully staffed box office and front of house operation, and excellent technical support. We can discuss any specific needs you may have and we will tailor the hire fee accordingly.
